Push the pawl inside the hole of the top cover with a thin-tipped stick

Release the locking pawl from the top cover

Detach the snap-fit middle thread guide

Adjust the Stroke of the Thread Take-up Spring

Insert a coin or similar object into the groove of the spring shaft

Turn the spring shaft to adjust the stroke

Reattach the Snap-fit Middle Thread Guide

WARNING: Ensure main power supply is turned off before starting work

Wait for 4 minutes after turning off the main power supply to ensure no voltage is applied

Inspect each belt in main shaft drive system

Check degree of wear on each belt

Check for existence of cracks on each belt

Inspect X- and Y-axis drive belts

Check tension of X- and Y-axis drive belts

Check degree of wear on X- and Y-axis drive belts

Turn OFF the power switch to prevent injuries.

Use NIG LUBE PG: 300ML or equivalent grease as specified by TAJIMA.

Inject grease into the following components using a syringe

Clean each section using a cleaning tool or an air compressor

Turn OFF the power switch before cleaning

Press D switch at the tension base twice

Record the number of times cleaning was performed this week
