Enter the rated current indicated on the nameplate

Select the variation of voltage & load

Calculate and enter the overload relay setting

Is the overload relay setting within the nameplate full load rating?

Ensure the overload relay is set as close to actual operating conditions as possible

Open vent valve slowly and pay attention to liquid, especially for toxic or high temperature liquid

Complete priming in the following order

Bleed air from the air vent valve (36)

If handling a dangerous liquid, did you pay full attention to air venting?

For R & RA-type pumps, are all valves in reverse circulation piping opened?

Check the TRG meter periodically during operation

Determine bearing changing intervals using color coding system if initial TRG reading is not recorded

Check bearing wear using the TRG meter color change as a reference

Is the TRG reading increase 0.3 or more (Yellow)?

Stop the pump and check bearings if TRG reading is Yellow

Do not operate if TRG meter condition is RED

Plan routine maintenance if TRG meter is Yellow or scale increase is > 0.3 from initial indication

Verify specified media and capacity are used for heating/cooling jacket and heat exchanger

Is the temperature of the coolant less than 35°C (95°F)?

Verify coolant flow order for B plan

Enter the coolant flow rate for Motor Jacket (l/m)

Enter the coolant flow rate for Heat Exchanger (l/m)

Is the coolant flow rate for Motor Jacket within the specified range?

Inspect the following points for the bearings

Is there any issue with the inspected points?

Bearing Removal and Replacement

Is replacement of bearing needed?

Remove the Set Screw (48) and take out bearing if replacement is needed

Bearing Wear Limits Verification

Select the motor frame for bearing wear limits
