Ohaus Moisture Analyzer MB23

Remove the Pan Support for the temperature calibration to start.

Place the OHAUS Temperature Calibration Kit into the temperature chamber and close the cover.

Press and hold Cal until 'Cal' is displayed. Release when 'TC100' appears and the heater turns on.

Wait for 15 minutes until the unit beeps and blinks '100' on the display.

Read the thermometer on the Temperature Calibration Kit.

Press Setv to change and match the displayed value to the thermometer reading.

Press Tare to enter the value. Confirm 'TC160' is displayed as the heater turns on again.

Remove any load on the Pan Support including the sample pan

Press and hold Cal while in the Weigh mode until "CAL" appears followed by "50.00g"

Place a 50g calibration mass on the Pan Support

Remove the mass when " -- 0 -- " is shown on the display

Did the display show *---- after removing the mass?

Did the Analyzer return to Weigh mode when calibration was complete?

Disconnect the Analyzer from the power supply

Ensure the Analyzer is cooled down before cleaning

Clean the following surfaces with a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning agent

Clean glass surfaces with a commercial glass cleaner

Ensure no liquid enters the interior of the Analyzer

Avoid using the following cleaning agents
