Replace damaged hoses or flexible joints if any

Open drain valves (4) for tank-mounted units

Open the manual drain valve (5) for floor-mounted units, if fitted

Unscrew filler plug (3) one turn to release pressure

Record the set pressure stamped on the valve

Inspect the oil cooler for any visible damage or leaks

Is cleaning of the oil cooler necessary?

Clean the oil cooler if necessary
