Ensure not to mix oils of different brands or types.

Check the label on the air receiver/oil tank for the type of oil filled ex-factory.

Drain the compressor oil at all drain points to avoid shortening the lifetime of the new oil.

Consult your supplier if the compressor is exposed to external pollutants, high temperatures, or severe conditions for advice on oil change frequency.

Stop the compressor, close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage.

Drain the old oil from the compressor

Refill the compressor with new oil

Overhaul the minimum pressure valve

Consult supplier if a service timer setting needs to be changed

Unscrew filler plug one turn to release pressure

Check the valve opening pressure

Did the valve open at the set pressure?

Keep the outside of the electric motor clean for efficient cooling

Remove dust with a brush if necessary

Use compressed air jet to remove dust if necessary

Check if motor bearings are greased for life

Replace the oil separator element

Consult supplier for service timer setting changes if necessary
