Ensure wiring and connections are secure

Is there any sign of a short or open circuit?

Charge the battery periodically as per manual instructions

Wear protective gear to avoid contact with battery acid

Ensure the area is well-ventilated to prevent gas accumulation

Inspect tires for the following issues

Record the tire pressure for each tire

Is the tire pressure within the recommended range?

Check if any tire shows signs of excessive wear or damage

Refer to the tire pamphlet for any additional safety information

Note any issues found during the inspection

Check tire pressure for proper inflation

Inspect tires for wear and damage

Check and record the torque levels of wheel’s lug nuts

Inspect lug nuts for damage or wear

Block and secure trailer before changing a tire

Is the jack capacity appropriate for the trailer weight?

Are the brakes working properly?

Is the load properly secured and not overloaded?

Check electrical connections and visibility

Secure ramps in the appropriate storage area

Is the jack raised to the highest position?

Verify operation of all trailer lights

Are all trailer lights lit when tow unit lights are on?

Check if reflector lenses are clean and unbroken

Inspect reflective tape for damage

Replace damaged or inoperative bulbs
