Ingersoll Rand Diaphragm Pump PD10E-FES-PCA

Inspect and replace old parts as necessary

Take precautions to prevent cutting 'O' rings upon installation

Lubricate 'O' rings with Lubriplate FML-2 grease

Re-torque fasteners following restart

Use tool # 204130-T for installing 'O' rings onto the pilot piston

Remove the following components

Remove the following components

Select the type of diaphragm to remove

Note any scratches or marks on the diaphragm rod (1)

Lightly tap on part (118) to expose the opposite (121) sleeve, (167) pilot piston, and other parts.

Inspect inner bore of sleeve for damage.

Ensure lips of 'U' cups face each other

End Cap and Valve Block Assembly

Assemble end cap to valve block

Tighten screws to specified torque

Valve Insert and Plate Assembly

Clean parts not being replaced from service kit

Lubricate parts not being replaced from service kit

Install new (171 and 172) “O” rings

Install (169) seal, noting the lip direction
