Check tire pressure for proper inflation

Inspect tires for wear and damage

Measure torque levels of wheel’s lug nuts

Inspect lug nuts for damage or wear

Is the trailer blocked and secured before changing a tire?

Does the jack capacity match the trailer weight?

Wear protective gloves and eyewear

Is there any sign of corrosion on the battery terminals?

Charge the battery if necessary

Tighten to 15-20 lbs. using cross tightening sequence

Finish tightening to 80-90 ft. lbs. for 1/2 studs

Retorque after first 50 miles of use

Refer to tire pamphlet in the operator's manual for complete information on tire safety

Measure the tire pressure for each tire

Is the tire pressure within the recommended range for all tires?

Check each tire for signs of wear or damage

Are all tires free from wear or damage?

Describe any issues found during the inspection

Are the brakes working properly?

Is the load properly secured and not overloaded?

Secure ramps in the appropriate storage area

Ensure security of hitching components

Ensure jack is raised to highest position
