Initial Belt Maintenance
Square up drive pulley with frame
Install belt according to assembly instructions guide
Centre the belt on the idle pulley
Tighten up the idle pulley and maintain belt centre
Turn on power
If belt tracks off centre of idle pulley, tighten the take-up on the side the belt is running toward as shown in the belt tracking diagram
Check that all the parts are in place
Verify belt tension
Is the belt tension within the recommended range?
4 Weekly Chain Sprocket Lubrication
Chain Sprocket Lubrication Procedure
Preparation
Ensure the conveyor is turned off and locked out for safety
Gather necessary tools and materials (chain lubricant, cleaning cloths, etc.)
Lubrication Process
Clean the chain and sprockets to remove any debris or old lubricant
Apply a quality chain lubricant to the chain and sprockets
Is the lubricant applied evenly across all parts of the chain and sprockets?
Post-Lubrication Check
2500 Hourly / 6 Monthly Gear Reducer Oil Change
Preparation
Ensure the conveyor is turned off and locked out
Gather necessary tools and materials (e.g., Mobil 600W lubricant, wrenches, oil pan)
Oil Drainage
Place an oil pan under the gear reducer
Remove the drain plug and allow old oil to completely drain out
Oil Replacement
Reinstall the drain plug securely
Fill the gear reducer with Mobil 600W lubricant to the recommended level

Ensure conveyor is running to specifications
Check all safety features and devices
Inspect motors, reducers, and all moving parts
Belt and Pulley Inspection
Check for foreign objects on the conveyor
Inspect for build-up on pulleys
Check for material accumulation affecting belt tracking
