2500 Hourly / 6 Monthly Gear Reducer Oil Change
Preparation
Ensure the conveyor is turned off and locked out
Gather necessary tools and materials (e.g., Mobil 600W lubricant, wrenches, oil pan)
Oil Drainage
Place an oil pan under the gear reducer
Remove the drain plug and allow old oil to completely drain out
Oil Replacement
Reinstall the drain plug securely
Fill the gear reducer with Mobil 600W lubricant to the specified level
Initial Integral Gear Motor Inspection
Motor Type Confirmation
Confirm motor type at commissioning
Lubrication Check
Ensure no external lubrication is applied
General Information
Applicable to conveyors equipped with an Integral Gear Motor
Verify that the unit is designed for round-the-clock use
Confirm that the gear case uses semi-fluid grease
Ensure no change of lubricant is required as the unit is lubricated for life

Is the lubrication evenly applied across all parts?
Check for any excess lubricant and clean if necessary
Routine Belt Tracking Check
Belt Inspection
Inspect if the belt is tracking centred on the pulleys
Adjustment Procedure
Is the belt tracking off centre at the idle pulley?
Adjust the belt tension
Did you increase tension on one side?

Ensure the belt is not over-tensioned
Belt Replacement
Preparation
Gather all required tools: rubber mallet, two 9/16 wrenches, 7/32 hex key, 5/32 hex key, 1/8 hex key, belt tension tool
Disconnect all power from conveyor
Belt Removal
Loosen both casting bolts using 7/32 hex key
Release tension on belt using belt tension tool
Remove left eccentric collar using a 1/8 hex key
Remove two 1/4-20 B.H.C.S. from splice assembly using 5/32 hex key
Remove splice assembly by gently tapping with rubber mallet in direction of arrow
