Ensure the conveyor is turned off and locked out

Gather necessary tools and materials

Is the lubricant suitable for the chain and sprockets?

Apply lubricant to the sprockets

Square up drive pulley with frame

Install belt according to assembly instructions guide

Centre the belt on the idle pulley

Tighten up the idle pulley and maintain belt centre

If belt tracks off centre of idle pulley, tighten the take-up on the side the belt is running toward as shown in the belt tracking diagram

Check that all tools and materials are removed from the work area

Verify that the belt is operating smoothly without any unusual noises

Record any issues encountered during the installation

Confirm motor type at commissioning

Is the unit lubricated for life with semi-fluid grease?

Ensure no external lubrication is applied

Check that all the parts are in place

Ensure the conveyor is turned off and locked out

Gather necessary tools and materials (e.g., Mobil 600W lubricant, wrenches, oil pan)

Place an oil pan under the gear reducer

Remove the oil drain plug and allow old oil to completely drain out

Inspect the oil drain plug and replace if damaged

Reinstall the oil drain plug securely

Verify that the conveyor is completely assembled with the belt installed

Ensure all components are securely fastened

Monitor the belt for any signs of loosening during shipment

Is the belt remaining centered on the pulleys?
