Ensure the conveyor is turned off and locked out

Gather necessary tools and materials

Clean the chain and sprockets before lubrication

Apply quality chain lubricant to the chain

Apply quality chain lubricant to the sprockets

Is the lubrication evenly applied across all components?

Gather required tools: rubber mallet, two 9/16 wrenches, 7/32 hex key, 5/32 hex key, 1/8 hex key, belt tension tool

Disconnect all power from conveyor

Loosen both casting bolts using 7/32 hex key

Release tension on belt using belt tension tool

Remove left eccentric collar using a 1/8 hex key

Remove two 1/4-20 B.H.C.S. from splice assembly using 5/32 hex key

Remove splice assembly by gently tapping with rubber mallet in direction of arrow

Ensure all safety features and devices are functioning properly

Check motors, reducers, and all moving parts

Are all moving parts working properly and freely?

Check for any foreign objects on the conveyor

Inspect for build-up on pulleys

Check for material accumulation affecting belt tracking

Inspect if the belt is tracking centred on the pulleys

Is the belt tracking off centre at the idle pulley?

Ensure the belt is not over-tensioned

Loosen the 3/8-16 B.H.C.S. (x2)

Insert belt tension tool into the 3/8-16 knurled nut

Adjust the knurled nut to move the casting

Ensure the conveyor is turned off and locked out

Gather necessary tools and materials (e.g., Mobil 600W lubricant, wrenches, oil pan)

Place an oil pan under the gear reducer

Remove the oil drain plug and allow old oil to completely drain out

Reinstall the oil drain plug securely

Fill the gear reducer with Mobil 600W lubricant to the specified level
