Gather all required tools: rubber mallet, two 9/16 wrenches, 7/32 hex key, 5/32 hex key, 1/8 hex key, belt tension tool

Disconnect all power from conveyor

Check mark

Belt Removal

Check mark

Loosen both casting bolts using 7/32 hex key

Check mark

Release tension on belt using belt tension tool

Check mark

Remove left eccentric collar using a 1/8 hex key

Check mark

Remove two 1/4-20 B.H.C.S. from splice assembly using 5/32 hex key

Check mark

Remove splice assembly by gently tapping with rubber mallet in direction of arrow

Square up drive pulley with frame

Install belt according to assembly instructions guide

Centre the belt on the idle pulley

Check mark

Tighten up the idle pulley and maintain belt centre

Check mark

Turn on power

Check mark

If belt tracks off centre of idle pulley, tighten the take-up on the side the belt is running toward as shown in the belt tracking diagram

Post installation check

Verify belt alignment

Ensure all tools are removed from the area
