Ensure the boiler is not frozen

Enter the current water usage from the fill water meter

Is the water usage within 5% of the system volume?

Have the system checked for leaks by a qualified service technician if water usage exceeds 5%

Shut off power and gas to the appliance if frozen

Contact the factory for further instructions if frozen

Turn off power to the boiler before any service operation

Follow the 'To Turn Off Gas to Appliance' instructions

Do not drain the boiler unless exposed to freezing temperatures

Inspect boiler ground wire from the heat exchanger access cover to ground terminal strip

Verify all wiring is in good condition and securely attached

Check ground continuity of wiring using continuity meter

Replace ground wires if ground continuity is not satisfactory

Ensure boiler is not frozen before proceeding

Turn off power to the boiler before any service operation

Press the NAVIGATION dial from the Status Screen

Turn the NAVIGATION dial counterclockwise to select the appropriate set point

Press the NAVIGATION dial to adjust the temperature

Press the RIGHT SELECT [SAVE] key once the desired temperature is displayed

Repeat Steps 3 and 4 if necessary to adjust additional set points

Press the RIGHT SELECT [HOME] key to upload the changes

If the RIGHT SELECT [SAVE] key is not pressed, the new settings will be discarded

Shut off power and gas to the appliance if the boiler may be frozen.

Ensure the boiler is not frozen before proceeding with inspection.

Turn off power to the boiler before any service operation.

Inspect the condensate trap for proper installation and connection to the condensate pipe under the boiler.

Inspect the condensate line for obstructions to ensure free flow for condensate to drain.

Inspect the neutralizing kit (if installed) to ensure proper drainage and adequate neutralizing agent availability.
