Seat Height Adjustment

Ensure thumb levers for horizontal adjustment are closed
Saddle Height Adjustment
Sit on the saddle and check hip alignment
Place shoes in toe clips or SPD cleats
Adjust saddle height for slight knee bend
Post-adjustment Check
Is the saddle height a hand's width below iliac crest?
1 Daily Indoor Exercise Bike Maintenance
Pre-Maintenance Check
Ensure the Indoor Cycle is leveled and does not rock
Adjust leveling if necessary (refer to p. 21)
Cleaning Procedure
Ensure availability of cleaning materials
Disinfect the saddle with a suitable agent
Disinfect the handlebars with a suitable agent
Wipe all bodily residues off the entire Indoor Cycle
Post-Maintenance
Resistance Adjustment
Resistance Adjustment Procedure
Enter the current resistance percentage displayed on the Indoor Cycle computer
Adjust the resistance using the knob
Is the resistance set to the desired level?
Safety Precautions
Ensure shoes are placed in the toe clips or connected with SPD cleats
Confirm that you will not pedal backwards during the session
Emergency Procedures
Familiarize yourself with the emergency brake (red resistance/emergency knob)

Emergency Brake Check
Check the emergency brake for proper functioning by pressing down the resistance/brake lever while pedalling.
Saddle Adjustments
Position the vertical saddle post in the uppermost position.
Spray the vertical and horizontal saddle posts with maintenance spray.
Rub down the entire exterior surfaces of the saddle posts with a soft cloth.
Clean sweat residues off the contact surfaces of the horizontal saddle post.
Apply a small amount of lithium grease if necessary.

Use only the recommended acid- and solvent-free maintenance and care agent

Check all connecting elements for proper tightness and function
