Ensure the Indoor Cycle is leveled and does not rock

Clean the Indoor Cycle after each use

Disinfect and wipe down components

Check the emergency brake for proper functioning

Adjust and lubricate the saddle posts

Clean and lubricate the handlebar posts

Spray maintenance spray onto a soft cloth

Clean the following parts with the cloth

Ensure no maintenance spray is sprayed directly onto the flywheel or pedal

Move the resistance/emergency lever up or down to adjust resistance

Set the resistance level (0% to 100%)

Is the resistance level set correctly?

Ensure shoes are placed in the toe clips or connected with SPD cleats

Is the emergency brake lever functioning properly?

Verify that the Indoor Cycle is only operated in forward pedaling motion

Ensure pop-pin-knobs for height adjustment are tightened

Ensure thumb levers for horizontal adjustment are closed

Are you off the bike before making adjustments?

Sit on the saddle and check hip alignment

Place shoes in toe clips or SPD cleats

Is your hip level when the pedal is in the shown position?

Are your knees slightly bent when the pedal is at its lowest position?

Read and understand the warning and instructions carefully

Use only the recommended acid- and solvent-free maintenance and care agent

Check that all connecting elements are properly tightened

Inspect for wear or damage and replace if necessary
