Fill in paint chips with manufacturer's touch-up paint

Inspect hardware on all machines

Tighten any bolts or nuts that may have loosened over the life of the product

Inspect insert within the strain-relief cable end assembly for any sign of damage

Check around plastic insert and the plastic housing for any excessive wear or damage

Replace plastic insert if cracked, torn, separated, overly worn or damaged in any way

Verify technician is Life Fitness certified

Thread cable into termination points at least 1/2 inch (12.7mm)

Check thread engagement using bayonet portal

Tighten jam nut to 20-25 FT-LBS (27.2 - 34.0 Nm)

Check if cable tension is correct

Loosen jam nuts and threaded plugs if head plate is lifted

Ensure cable's threaded plugs are engaged at least 1/2” (12.7mm) at each termination point
