Ensure the following conditions are met before bakeout
Use the flange heater for TURBOVAC bakeout
Is the rotor protected against intensive, direct heat radiation?
Enter the maximum temperature for components attached directly at the forevacuum side
Is the pump operated with water cooling during bakeout?

Exchange the rotor unit after 80,000 operating hours

1 Yearly Air Filter Maintenance
4.1 Media compatibility / purge gas
Verify media compatibility
Ensure use of dry, filtered, oil-free air or filtered ambient air
Change the air filters
Pump Maintenance
4.7 Removing the pump from the system
Shut down the pump and vent as described in Sections 4.4 and 4.5.
Has the pump handled hazardous gases?
Observe Safety Information 0.4.6.
Ensure the pump has come to a full stop before disconnecting.
Check if the green LED has gone out.
Switch the mains power off and wait until the yellow power LED is off.
Disconnect any cable connections.
Describe any contamination with process gases.
