6 Monthly Gas Ballast Air Filter Cleaning
2.9.1.1 Maintenance on the Air Filter
Ensure all necessary tools and safety equipment are available
Open the locking clips at the air filter and remove the dust cap
Apply an open jaw spanner to the hexagon and unscrew the filter element
Blow out the filter element from the threaded side with dry compressed air
Re-seal the thread with Teflon tape and refit the filter element
Fit the dust cap again and affix it with the locking clips
Fit the cover in the reverse order as described in Chapter 2.4.1

Pump Oil Level Check
3.1 Checking the Oil Level
Ensure the pump and oil have cooled down
Wear protective gloves and goggles
Check the oil level at the oil sight glass
Is the oil level between the maximum and minimum mark?
Top up oil if the level is at the minimum mark
Pump Storage Maintenance
1.8 Storing
Run the pump dry for at least 30 minutes
Seal off the flanges with desiccant and foil
Drain out the oil before long-term storage
Package the pump in polyethylene foil and seal it air-tight
Ensure storage conditions are met
6 Monthly Condensate Separator Maintenance
3.3 Draining Out Condensate (optional)
Separate the pump from the process by a valve
Check the optional silencer (P/N 119 002) for condensate collection
Is there liquid collected in the silencer?
Drain the liquid from the silencer through the condensate drain
Empty the condensate separator
