Initial Checks
Is the 'Toner is low' light sequence appearing or is the print faded?
Redistribute Toner
Remove the toner cartridge.
Shake the toner cartridge side-to-side and front-to-back several times.
Reinsert the toner cartridge and check if print quality has improved.
Check Toner Level
Print a menu settings page to check toner level.

Photoconductor Kit Replacement
Preparation
Order a new photoconductor kit upon receiving the light sequence warning
Removing the Old Photoconductor Kit
Open the front door by pressing the button on the left side of the printer
Pull the photoconductor kit and toner cartridge out of the printer as a unit
Place the unit on a flat, clean surface
Press the button on the base of the photoconductor kit and remove the toner cartridge
Installing the New Photoconductor Kit
Unpack the new photoconductor kit
Exterior of the Printer Cleaning
Ensure the printer is turned off and unplugged from the wall outlet
Remove all paper from the printer
Dampen a clean, lint-free cloth with water
Wipe only the outside of the printer
Ensure all areas of the printer are dry before beginning a new print job
