Select the number of memory modules your computer supports

Install memory modules into the appropriate slots

Ensure all components are reassembled correctly and no tools or loose screws are left inside

Ensure cables are routed correctly before reinstalling the computer cover

Install the screw to secure the computer cover

Place the computer in an upright position

Remove any media from the drives and turn off all connected devices and the computer.

Disconnect all power cords from electrical outlets and disconnect all cables that are connected to the computer.

Replace the power adapter bracket.

Is the power adapter bracket securely installed?

Reconnect all cables to the computer.

Reconnect all power cords to electrical outlets.

Power on the computer and check for proper operation.

Remove any media from the drives and turn off all connected devices and the computer.

Disconnect all power cords from electrical outlets and disconnect all cables that are connected to the computer.

Replace the VESA mount bracket.

Is the new VESA mount bracket securely attached?

Reconnect all cables to the computer.

Reconnect all power cords to electrical outlets.
