Ensure the following parts are in place

Loosen screw and remove the air cleaner cover

Remove air filter from inside the air cleaner cover

Choose cleaning method for the air filter

Ensure engine is turned off and cooled down

Air Intake Inspection and Cleaning

Check for blockages in air intakes

Remove accumulated debris from bottom engine intake grille

Inspect cylinder fins for dust and grass build-up

Remove dust and dirt from between cylinder fins

Ensure all necessary parts and tools are available

Silencer Cleaning and Reassembly

Check for fuel leaks around the fuel pipe

Inspect the fuel grommet for any signs of leakage

Ensure the fuel tank cap is secure and not leaking

Is there any fuel leakage or exudation after refuelling?

Describe any observed fuel leakage or exudation

Stop using the machine if fuel leakage is detected

Is the spark plug gap within the correct range (0.6 to 0.7 mm)?

Electrode and Insulator Inspection

Inspect insulator for oil or other deposits

Does the spark plug need replacement?

Tighten the new spark plug to the specified torque
