Lever compressor housing to tighten belt to tightness criteria and tighten lower bolt

Check each pulley for damage, wear of the V-groove and wear of the V-belt

Is the V-belt touching the bottom of the V-groove?

Replace belt if it has stretched, leaving no allowance for adjustment, or if there is a cut or crack on belt

Readjust the new belt after operating for one hour

Check each pulley for damage, wear of the V-groove and wear of the V-belt. Ensure the V-belt is not touching the bottom of the V-groove

Does the belt need replacement?

Replace belt if it has stretched, leaving no allowance for adjustment, or if there is a cut or crack on belt

Readjust the new belt after operating for one hour

Sign off on the compressor belt adjustment

Check item: Clearance between rotor and shaft

Standart Clearance: 0.056 – 0.105

Step 1: Install lever to the PPC valve

Upload a photo of lever (1) installed to the PPC valve using bolt (2)

Are left and right travel levers (3) securely fitted in the stopper (bolt head) of the PPC valve?

Is cover (3) not contacting portion (b)?

If cover (3) is contacting portion (b), adjust with the PPC mounting bolt or cover mounting bolt

Sign off on the travel lever adjustment

- Check item: Clearance between piston rod and bushing (Boom)

Standart Clearance: 0.084 – 0.347

- Check item: Clearance between piston rod and bushing (Arm)

Standart Clearance: 0.083 – 0.347

- Check item: Clearance between piston rod and bushing (Bucket)
