4000 Hourly Wheel Loader Maintenance
Warning: The accumulator is charged with high-pressure nitrogen gas, so mistaken operation may cause an explosion, which will lead to serious injury or damage.
Replace the accumulator every 2 years or every 4000 hours, whichever comes sooner.
Check play of turbocharger rotor.
Check engine valve clearance, adjust.
Check water pump for leakage of oil or water, and check for clogging of breather hole (drain hole) (1).
Check vibration damper for deformation of the surface and signs of leakage of damper oil.
Check for looseness of high-pressure clamp, hardening of rubber.
Check for missing fuel spray prevention cap, hardening of rubber.

When Required Wheel Loader Maintenance
CLEAN INSIDE OF COOLING SYSTEM
WARNING
Immediately after the engine is stopped, the coolant is at a high temperature and the radiator is under high internal pressure.
If the cap is removed to drain the coolant in this condition, there is a hazard of burns. Wait for the temperature to go down, then turn the cap slowly to release the pressure before removing it.
Cleaning is carried out with the engine running. When standing up or leaving the operator's seat, set the work equipment lock lever and the parking lever to the LOCK position.

Never walk in front of the machine when the engine is running.There is danger of touching the fan.
It is extremely dangerous to go under the machine to clean it when the engine is running. There is danger that the machine may suddenly move. Never go under the machine when the engine is running.
Stop the machine on level ground when cleaning or changing the coolant.
1000 Hourly Wheel Loader Maintenance
WARNING: The oil is at high temperature immediately after operations, so wait for the temperature to go down before starting the operation.
The undercover is heavy. Do not go directly under the cover when opening or closing it.
Oil replacement amount: 146 liters (38.57 US gal)
Remove drain cover (1) on the left side of the power train case underside to take off drain plug (2), and then loosen drain plug (P1) to drain oil.
Tighten drain plug (P1) after draining oil.
Remove inspection cover (3) of the undercover on the bottom rear of the machine.
Remove drain plug (P2) in the strainer cover, and drain the oil (approx. 4 liters (1.06 US gal)) collected inside the piping.
Loosen mounting bolt (6) of the power train strainer, and remove cover (7).
Remove spring (8), then remove strainer (9).
250 Hourly Wheel Loader Maintenance
LUBRICATING
1. Lower the work equipment to the ground, then stop the engine.
2. Using a grease pump, pump in grease through the grease fittings shown by arrows.
3. After greasing, wipe off any old grease that was pushed out.
Greasing equalizer bar side pins (2 places)
Left and right sides of machine: 1 places each
1) Remove all soil and mud from the top of track frame and cover (1).
2) Climb on top of the straight frame and remove the cover from (A) between the track frame and track shoe.
3) Carry out the greasing from the top of the track shoe.
