Sign off on the loader hydraulics maintenance

WARNING! When a seat belt is fitted to your machine replace it with a new one if it is damaged, if the fabric is worn, or if the machine has been in an accident. Fit a new seat belt every three years

Inspect the seat belt for signs of fraying and stretching

Check that the stitching is not loose or damaged. Check that the buckle assembly is undamaged and works correctly

Check that the belt mounting bolts are undamaged, correctly fitted and tightened

Sign off on the seat belt maintenance

WARNING! An exploding tyre can kill, inflated tyres can explode if overheated. Do not cut or weld the rims. Use a tyre/wheel specialist for all repair work

Is the tyre correctly fitted on the machine or installed in a tyre inflation cage?

Set the regulator no higher than 1.38 bar (20 psi) above the recommended tyre pressure.

Is the air hose fitted with a self-locking air chuck and remote shut-off valve?

Is the air hose correctly connected to the tyre valve?

Inflate the tyre to the recommended pressure. Do not over-inflate.

Sign off on the tyre maintenance

- Change Axle Oil (incl. Hubs when applicable)

- Change Axle Oil - Limited Slip Differential

- Check Tyre Pressures/Condition

- Check Steer Axle Movement/Shimming

Check the fire extinguisher for damage, security and signs of leaking

Check that the gauge B indicates that the extinguisher is charged ie. the needle is in the GREEN segment

Note: If the needle is in or very near the RED segment at either end of the gauge, the extinguisher must be serviced or replaced

Make sure the safety pin is fitted and secure

The extinguisher should be serviced every 12 months by a suitably qualified person
