Inspect the energy core for visible damage

Is the energy output within the normal range?

Turn off the energy core before cleaning

Clean the surface of the energy core

Was the cleaning process successful?

Inspect belts for signs of wear such as being chewed up or leaving belt dust near the motor pulley.

Is there any belt dust near the motor pulley?

Inspect wheel for smooth and unrestricted rotation.

Does the wheel rotate smoothly and without restriction?

Does the belt require replacement?

Contact the local manufacturer representative if replacement is needed.

Clean the fan wheel and housing to remove oil and dust accumulation.

Inspect fan impeller for fatigue, corrosion, or wear.

Inspect fan housing for fatigue, corrosion, or wear.

Check all fasteners, set screws, and locking collars for tightness on the following components

Is the maintenance program up to date and effective?

Gently vacuum the surfaces of the energy core to remove dirt and debris

Ensure no water or detergents were used on the fiber membrane core

Remove the factory-installed drain caps prior to cleaning

Use low pressure tap water to clean the energy core

If extremely dirty, use a mild detergent in a solution no less than 1:100 parts soap to water

Rinse with tap water until no more bubbles appear

Ensure no high pressure water or harsh detergents were used

Check for excessive heat, vibration or noise

Lubricate bearings as per manufacturer's recommendations
