Check bolts, shim packs, center inserts, keys, and all bolt torques

Ensure the nitrogen charge is safely released before entering the unit

Remove holding charge shipping gauges before pressure testing and refrigerant charging

Store units in a clean, dry location to prevent corrosion damage

Consider proper care for solid state components of the microprocessor

Check nitrogen charge for units stored over two months

Contact Johnson Controls-Frick for long term storage procedure if needed

Is there accelerated scaling on the heat exchanger?

Prepare a 3% solution of Phosphoric or Oxalic Acid

Is the cleaning solution suitable for stainless steel?

Back flush the oil cooler with the cleaning solution for 30 minutes

Rinse the heat exchanger with fresh water to remove cleaning solution

Record any observations or issues during the cleaning process

Check for excess vibration and skip frequencies when operating conditions change

Torque all terminals in the processor and starter panel as per specification

Check that all the parts are in place

Enter the torque value for each bolt
