Change Oil as directed by oil analysis

Ensure oils of different brands, manufacturers, or types are not mixed

Refer to the Changing Oil procedure in the manual for the full step-by-step process

Pull and clean suction strainer after 24 hours operation.

Is the suction strainer excessively dirty?

Repeat cleaning every 24 hours until system is clean if strainer is excessively dirty.

Follow the Maintenance Schedule if strainer is not excessively dirty.

Maintenance Schedule / Vibration Analysis

Ensure continuous vibration measurement for optimal preventative control on bearings

Is the vibration measurement within acceptable limits?

If vibration levels are not continuously controlled, ensure checks are done every 6 months or more frequently if levels increase

Check for excess vibration and skip frequencies when operating conditions change

Torque all terminals in the processor and starter panel as per specification

Check Suction & Discharge Flange Bolts at specified hours

Verify tightness of bolts on suction and discharge flanges
