Remove holding charge shipping gauges before pressure testing and charging with refrigerant

Store units in a clean, dry location to prevent corrosion damage

Consider proper care for solid state components of the microprocessor

Check nitrogen charge for units stored over two months

Contact Johnson Controls-Frick for long term storage procedure if needed

Refer to Oil Pump Strainer procedure for cleaning steps

Refer to Liquid Injection Strainer procedure for cleaning steps

Check that all the parts are in place

Enter the torque value for each bolt

Is the torque within the specified range for all bolts?

Perform oil analysis every 6 months

Conduct initial oil check at 1000 hours of operation

Participate in a regular, periodic oil analysis program to maintain oil and system integrity

Pull and clean suction strainer after 24 hours operation.

Is the suction strainer excessively dirty?
