Maintenance Schedule / Vibration Analysis

Measure vibration levels on all bearings

Are the vibration levels within the acceptable range?

If vibration levels are high, schedule immediate maintenance

Is the start-up supervised by a Johnson Controls-Frick authorized representative?

Ensure prestart check is accomplished as per the FORMS section

Is there an adequate refrigerant load available for load testing?

Is the compressor running at the proper speed and discharge pressure?

Replace Coalescers at specified hours of operation

Change the oil when changing the coalescer filter element(s)

Change cartridges in oil filters

Remove and clean applicable strainer elements

Ensure only Frick filter elements are used to avoid warranty issues

Change oil as directed by oil analysis

Shut down the unit when changing oil

Ensure no mixing of oils from different brands, manufacturers, or types
