Set up a warning plate indicating 'Under working' or similar during maintenance.

Switch OFF the power source before maintenance, inspection, and repair work.

Ensure maintenance, inspection, and repair work is done by persons with specialized knowledge or consult a dealer.

Ensure maintenance, inspection, and repair is carried out in non-loading condition.

Is there any abnormality found in the maintenance and inspection?

Follow the proper inspection method to ensure safe and full-functioned operation of the electric chain hoist.

Switch OFF the power source of the electric chain hoist and reconfirm the safety of the surrounding area.

Ensure the electric chain hoist is placed on the ground for overhaul.

Turn off the power source of the electric chain hoist

Ensure the electric chain hoist is unloaded

Place a warning sign indicating 'Under Inspection'

Is the surrounding area confirmed safe?

Do all the important functions of the electric chain hoist operate normally?

Is there degradation in any of the essential parts beyond the acceptable limit?

Power Supply and Structural Integrity Check

Ensure the following precautions are observed
