Ensure the following precautions are taken before maintenance

Set up a warning plate indicating 'Under working' or similar

Is there any abnormal condition in the capsized bottom hook block?

Is there a twist in the load chain?

Ensure maintenance is performed by qualified personnel

Confirm non-loading condition for maintenance

Verify safety of the surrounding area

Inspection of Push-Button Switch

Check for cracks or fractures in the switch casing

Verify smooth movement of push buttons

Inspect for looseness of screws or abnormalities in lead wire after removing the cover

Turn off the power source of the electric chain hoist

Ensure the electric chain hoist is unloaded

Place a warning sign indicating 'Under Inspection'

Is the inspection area safe and clear of hazards?

Inspection of Electric Chain Hoist Functions

Do all the important functions of the electric chain hoist operate normally?

Is there degradation in any of the essential parts beyond the acceptable limit?

Power Supply and Structural Integrity Check

Ensure no modifications are made to the electric chain hoist and its accessories.

Verify only genuine parts are used.

Confirm no shortening or lengthening of the load chain has been done.

Ensure power source is turned off before maintenance, inspection, or repair.

Verify only authorized specialists perform maintenance, inspection, or repair.

Ensure maintenance, inspection, or repair is done with the hoist unloaded.

Switch OFF the power source before maintenance

Ensure maintenance is performed by qualified personnel

Perform maintenance in non-loading condition

Do not use the hoist if any abnormality is found
