Variable Pulley Maintenance
Belt Adjustment
Slacken the belt tension by unscrewing screw
Remove the belt
Pulley Adjustment
Loosen grub screw of the mobile part of pulley with a hexagonal spanner
Rotate the mobile part of the pulley to obtain the pitch line diameter required
Lock the grub screw tightly at the hub hollow
Belt Reinstallation
Mount and tighten the belt

Disconnect the gas solenoid valve unit
Disassembly
Remove burner from its housing
Remove upper panel

Verify the heater is mounted safely
Ensure the flue is sealed, secured, and adequately supported
Check the fan and its components
Confirm the heater is not tilted and remains square
Verify the outlet duct resistance is compatible with the data plate

Confirm all safety conditions have been observed

Pre-Inspection Notes
Ensure routine inspections are carried out frequently and servicing is done regularly as per manufacturer's recommendations.
Verify that a safe working platform with good access to the heater is available.
Cleaning and Inspection
Clean all accessible surfaces including the outside of the heat exchanger by removing the fan assembly and the louvres.
Check for panel damage and that all fasteners are present and secure
Visually check all electrical wiring for signs of damage
Check all terminals are secure and free from escaped/stray conductor strands.
