Ensure all necessary tools are available

Remove the three screws and the top lid

Disconnect the wires for the LED module from the terminal block next to the cooling fan in the center

Remove the old LED and replace with the new in reverse order

Power off the equipment and secure it from being switched on again.

Ensure no cleaning fluid runs into the equipment.

Use a soft cloth dampened with the selected cleaning agent for basic cleaning of all surfaces on the AIM luminaires.

Was a soft cloth soaked in isopropyl alcohol used for stubborn stains?

Remove top housing and clean accessible parts

Check and adjust friction between light head and yoke shaft if needed

Ensure the light is turned off and unplugged

Remove pods to access screws (if applicable)

Remove screws to detach top housing

Use a soft cloth to wipe corners and surfaces

Ensure no components inside the light head are bent or damaged

Remove the pods to access the screws holding the housing together

Use a wrench to tighten the nuts on each shaft

Rotate the light head to verify correct friction
