Ensure the fixture is cool before replacing the bulb.

Confirm the power is turned off before starting the replacement.

Use gloves or a dry cloth to handle the bulb.

Use a small Phillips screwdriver to loosen the retaining screw at the pod.

Unscrew the bulb retaining ring.

Pull the socket with the bulb out by pulling the wires.

Remove the pods to access the screws holding the housing together

Use a wrench to tighten the nuts on each shaft

Rotate the light head to verify correct friction

Power off the equipment and secure it from being switched on again.

Ensure no cleaning fluid runs into the equipment.

Select the cleaning agent to be used

Use a soft cloth dampened with the selected cleaning agent for basic cleaning of all surfaces.

Use a soft cloth soaked in isopropyl alcohol for stubborn stains, if necessary.

Remove the plastic cap covering the rotating mechanism by pulling it away from the assembly.

Use a common screwdriver to adjust the screw.

Does the lighthead remain balanced when moved slightly up or down at mid-range?

Snap the plastic cap back into position.

Ensure the light is turned off and unplugged

Remove pods to access screws (if applicable)

Remove the three screws holding the top and bottom housing together

Use a soft cloth to wipe the corners and surfaces

Ensure no components inside the light head are bent or damaged
