Bulb Replacement
Safety Precautions
Ensure the fixture is cool before starting the replacement process.
Verify that the power is turned off before replacing the bulb.
Bulb Replacement Process
Use a small Phillips screwdriver to loosen the retaining screw at the pod.
Remove the pod.
Slide the bulb/socket assembly back and away from the wire retainer.
Gently wiggle the bulb to separate it from the socket.
Use gloves or a dry tissue when replacing the bulb. Pull it straight out of the socket.
Fuse Replacement
Floor Stand Version
Unplug the power cord before replacing fuses
Use a flat screwdriver to open the fuse holder and replace the fuse(s)
Ceiling Versions 120V
Disconnect power to the lamp circuit at the main breaker before replacing the fuse
Use a flat screwdriver to open the fuse holder and replace the fuse
Ceiling Versions 100V, 230V, 240V
Remove the ceiling dome by loosening the two set screws on the locking ring
Replace the fuse

Light Maintenance Steps
Remove top housing
Clean accessible parts
Check friction between light head and yoke shaft
Adjust friction between light head and yoke shaft if needed
Light Head Rotating Friction Adjustment
Preparation
Remove the pods to access the screws holding the housing together
Remove the screws
Adjustment
Lift the top housing off
Use a wrench to tighten the nuts on each shaft
Rotate the light head to verify correct friction
Reassembly
Re-assemble the housing
Light Normal Cleaning

Power off the equipment and secure it from being switched on again.

Ensure only approved cleaning agents are used
Cleaning Procedure
Use a soft cloth dampened with a mild detergent solution for basic cleaning of all surfaces.
For stubborn stains, use a soft cloth soaked in isopropyl alcohol.
