Light Extensive Cleaning
Preparation
Ensure the light is turned off and unplugged
Removing Top Housing
Remove pods to access screws (if applicable)
Remove screws holding top and bottom housing together
Lift the top housing off
Cleaning Process
Use a soft cloth to wipe corners and surfaces
Ensure no components inside the light head are bent or damaged

Preparation
Remove the pods to access screws
Housing Disassembly
Remove the 3 screws holding the top and bottom housing together
Lift the top housing off

Access the nuts on each shaft

Bulb Replacement Steps
Use a small Phillips screwdriver to loosen the retaining screw at the pod.
Remove the pod.
Slide the bulb/socket assembly back and away from the wire retainer.
Gently wiggle the bulb to separate it from the socket.
Use gloves or a dry tissue when replacing the bulb. Pull it straight out of the socket.
Arm Tension Adjustment
Remove Plastic Cap
Remove the plastic cap covering the rotating mechanism by pulling it away from the assembly.
Adjust Tension
Use a common screwdriver to adjust the screw.
Direction to adjust the screw
Does the lighthead remain balanced when moved slightly up or down at mid-range?
Replace Plastic Cap
Snap the plastic cap back into position.
