Ensure all panels and fasteners are secure and in place

Verify the heater is mounted safely

Ensure the flue is sealed, secured, and adequately supported

Confirm the heater is not tilted and remains square

Verify outlet duct resistance is compatible with the data plate

Confirm all safety conditions have been observed

Use damp cloths with soap and water for cleaning

Dampen cloth with a 50% mixture of water and white spirit for stubborn stains

Dry the surfaces carefully after cleaning

Clean filters regularly as required

Injector Removal and Replacement

Unscrew the natural gas injectors

Replace with the correct size injectors for propane

Verify injector and nozzle specifications

Place the transfer with the correct gas pressure onto the manifold as supplied in the conversion kit

Test for gas soundness on completion

Ensure new aluminium washers are fitted

Ensure routine inspections are carried out frequently and servicing is done regularly as per manufacturer's recommendations.

Verify that a safe working platform with good access to the heater is available.

Clean all accessible surfaces including the outside of the heat exchanger by removing the fan assembly and the louvres.

Check for panel damage and that all fasteners are present and secure.

Visually check all electrical wiring for signs of damage and check conduit for signs of chaffing and for security.

Check all terminals are secure and free from escaped/stray conductor strands.

Remove foreign substances from the motor

Check the tension of the transmission belt

Check the alignment between motor pulley and fan pulley

Is the belt tension within the 2-3 cm range when pressed?

Adjust the belt using the belt-tightening system if necessary
