500 Hourly/6 Monthly Compressor Oil Replacement

Bare Airend -- Pertains to major airend parts (rotors, housings, and bearings).

Airend Components -- Pertains to auxiliary attachments to the bare airend (drive coupling, seals, pumps, valves, tubes, hoses, fittings and filter housing).

The compressor oil must be replaced every 500 hours of operation or six (6) months, whichever comes first for models HP600 -- P1600.

1 Monthly Compressor Oil Cooler Maintenance

Warning: Ensure the compressor is turned off and cooled down before starting the maintenance.

Check for grease, oil and dirt accumulation on the exterior surfaces of the oil cooler.

Check mark

Upload a photo of the oil cooler before cleaning.

If there is accumulation, proceed with the cleaning. If not, skip to step 8.

Clean the oil cooler by directing compressed air which contains a nonflammable safety solvent through the core of the oil cooler.

Check if the cleaning removed the accumulation of grease, oil and dirt from the exterior surfaces of the oil cooler core.

Check for foreign deposits, such as sludge and lacquer, in the oil cooler.
