Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly.

Ensure pipes and parts heated by the gas brazing machine are cool to avoid burns.

Is the room ventilated in case of refrigerant gas leakage?

Collect all refrigerant gas to prevent atmospheric discharge.

Restore piping using non-oxidation brazing.

Wrap the four way valve with wet cloth and provide water to keep it below 120°C (248°F).

Warning: Be sure to wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

Remove the 6 screws, and then the top panel.

Remove the 3 screws of the terminal cover.

Unfasten the 2 hooks and remove the terminal cover.

Pull the partition plate (2) forward, then slide to the right to remove it.

Ensure all power supplies are turned off for at least 10 minutes before starting disassembly

Pull out the clamps and push the projections from the back of the electrical box

Remove the earth / ground screw

Disconnect the terminals for power supply

Remove the 4 screws of the terminal board mounting plate ASSY

Slide up and remove the terminal board mounting plate ASSY

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly.

Ensure no burns from heated pipes and parts.

Ventilate the room if refrigerant gas leaks.

Prepare wet cloth to extinguish fire if refrigerant oil catches fire.

Environmental and Safety Cautions

Do not discharge refrigerant gas into the atmosphere; collect all refrigerant gas.

Disconnect the connecting wire and power supply wire

Disconnect the connector [S20] and pull out the clamp

Disconnect the connector [S80], pull out the clamp (1) and cut the clamp (2)

Disconnect the relay connector for compressor and pull out the clamp

Open the sound blanket (top) and detach the discharge pipe thermistor
