Remove the 3 screws, and then the wire fixture.

Remove the 7 screws on the terminal board and disconnect the connecting wire and power supply wire.

Disconnect the connector [S20] and pull out the clamp.

Disconnect the connector [S80], pull out the clamp (1) and cut the clamp (2).

Disconnect the connector [S40].

Disconnect the relay connector for compressor and pull out the clamp.

Open the sound blanket (top) and detach the discharge pipe thermistor.

Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

Remove the electrical box cover.

Disconnect the connector [S70] and release the fan motor lead wire from the slit.

Remove the nut, and then the outdoor fan.

Remove the 2 screws, and then the fan motor fixing frame.

Open the 3 hooks and release the fan motor lead wire.

Remove the 4 screws from the fan motor.

Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

Remove the 2 screws from the partition plate.

Lift up the partition plate and remove it.

Carefully remove the sound blanket to avoid tearing piping ports.

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly.

Ensure no contact with heated pipes and parts from the gas brazing machine.

Is the room ventilated in case of refrigerant gas leakage?

Prepare wet cloth to extinguish fire immediately in case refrigerant oil catches fire.

Environmental and Safety Cautions

Collect all refrigerant gas to prevent atmospheric discharge.

Restore piping using non-oxidation brazing.

Remove the 6 screws of the top panel.

Remove the 3 screws of the terminal cover.

Unfasten the 2 hooks of the terminal cover.
