Sound Blanket Removal
Pre-removal Safety Check
Has the power supply been turned off for at least 10 minutes?
Sound Blanket Removal
Remove the sound blanket (back)
Remove the sound blanket (top)
Open and pull up the sound blanket (outer)
Remove the sound blanket (inner)
Sound Blanket Reassembly Order
Fit the sound blankets in the correct order
Electrical Box Removal
Warning: Be sure to wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Disconnection and Removal
Remove the 7 screws on the terminal board and disconnect the connecting wire and power supply wire.
Loosen the 2 nuts of the conduits and remove the connecting wire and power supply wire.
Remove the 2 screws and remove the conduit mounting plate.
Remove the 2 screws.
Disconnect the connector [S80] and pull out the clamp (Hole No.1).

Disconnect the connector [S20] and pull out the clamp (Hole No.11).

Safety Precautions
Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly.
Ensure no contact with heated pipes and parts from the gas brazing machine.
Is the room ventilated in case of refrigerant gas leakage?
Prepare wet cloth to extinguish fire immediately if refrigerant oil catches fire.

Collect all refrigerant gas to prevent atmospheric discharge.
Restore piping using non-oxidation brazing.

Right Side Panel Removal
Remove the screw of the stop valve cover
Slide the stop valve cover downward and remove it
Remove the 4 screws of the right side panel
Unfasten the 4 hooks and remove the right side panel
Thermistor ASSY Removal
Cut the clamp and pull out the outdoor heat exchanger thermistor
Electronic Expansion Valve / Four Way Valve Removal
Safety Precautions
Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Ensure pipes and other parts heated by the gas brazing machine are cool to avoid burns.
Is the room ventilated in case of refrigerant gas leakage?
Collect all refrigerant gas to prevent atmospheric discharge.
Preparation
Ensure refrigerant gas is empty in the circuit.
Apply nitrogen replacement when heating up the brazed part.
