Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Ensure pipes and other parts heated by the gas brazing machine are cool to avoid burns.
Is the room ventilated in case of refrigerant gas leakage?
Collect all refrigerant gas to avoid atmospheric discharge.
Preparation
Ensure refrigerant gas is empty in the circuit.
Apply nitrogen replacement when heating up the brazed part.
Provide a protective sheet or steel plate to shield peripheries from brazing flame.
Sound Blanket Removal
Warning: Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Remove the sound blanket (back)
Remove the sound blanket (top)
Open and pull up the sound blanket (outer)
Remove the sound blanket (inner)
Reassemble the sound blankets in order
Fit the inner sound blanket
Fit the outer sound blanket
Fit the back sound blanket
PCB Removal
Warning: Be sure to wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Terminal Board and Grounding
Remove the screw of the terminal board.
Remove the earth / ground screw.
Clamp and Relay Harness
Pull out the clamp (1) and cut the clamp (2).
Remove the earth / ground screw.
Cut the clamp (1) (Hole No.5), pull out the clamp (2) (Hole No.12), and release the relay harness from the hook.

Outer Panel Removal
Safety Precautions
Ensure all power supplies are turned off
Wait for 10 minutes after turning off power supplies
Top Panel Removal
Remove the 6 screws from the top panel
Remove the top panel
Front Panel Removal
Remove the 8 screws from the front panel
Slide the fan motor fixing frame to the left
Outdoor Fan / Fan Motor Removal
Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Drip Proof Cover Removal
Remove the drip proof cover.
Terminal Cover Removal
Remove the 2 screws of the terminal cover.
Open the terminal cover and pull down to unfasten the 2 hooks.
Remove the terminal cover.
Fan Motor Lead Wire Disconnection
Disconnect the connector [S70].
