Electrical Box Removal
Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Disassembly Steps
Remove the 3 screws, and then the wire fixture.
Remove the 7 screws on the terminal board and disconnect the connecting wire and power supply wire.
Disconnect the connector [S20] and pull out the clamp.
Disconnect the connector [S80], pull out the clamp (1) and cut the clamp (2).
Disconnect the connector [S40].
Disconnect the relay connector for compressor and pull out the clamp.
Open the sound blanket (top) and detach the discharge pipe thermistor.

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Ensure no burns from heated pipes and parts.
Ventilate the room if refrigerant gas leaks during work.
Prepare wet cloth to extinguish fire immediately in case refrigerant oil catches fire.
Environmental and Safety Cautions
Do not discharge refrigerant gas into the atmosphere; collect all refrigerant gas.
Restore piping by non-oxidation brazing.

Ensure refrigerant gas is empty in the circuit.
Apply nitrogen replacement when heating up the brazed part.
Provide a protective sheet or steel plate to shield peripheries from brazing flame.

Partition Plate / Sound Blanket Removal
Safety Precautions
Ensure all power supplies are turned off and wait for 10 minutes before starting disassembly
Partition Plate Removal
Remove the 2 screws from the partition plate
Lift up the partition plate and remove it
Fit the lower hook into the bottom frame when reassembling
Sound Blanket Removal
Remove the sound blanket (top)
Open and pull out the sound blanket (outer)
Outdoor Fan / Fan Motor Removal
Warning: Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Remove the electrical box cover
Disconnect the connector [S70] and release the fan motor lead wire from the slit
Remove the nut, and then the outdoor fan
Remove the nut (Nut size: M8)
Remove the outdoor fan
When reassembling, align the mark of the fan rotor with the D-cut section of the motor shaft
Remove the 2 screws, and then the fan motor fixing frame
Remove the 2 screws
