Package checked for damage at delivery

Handle the unit with care. Keep the unit upright to avoid compressor damage.

Decide on the transportation route

Forklift used correctly (passed through large openings on the bottom of the unit)

Hang the unit following the procedure shown in figure 5.

Sling used is sufficiently strong to hold the mass of the unit

2 belts of at least 27 ft long used

Extra cloth or boards placed where the casing comes in contact with the sling

Unit hoisted at its center of gravity

Make sure the following works are completed

Check that all work for the indoor unit are finished and there are no danger to operate.

Make sure the indoor and outdoor units are operating normally.

Operate each indoor unit one by one and make sure the corresponding outdoor unit is also operating.

Check to see if cold (or hot) air is coming out from the indoor unit.

Push the fan direction and strength buttons on the remote controller to see if they operate properly.

CHECKING OF DEVICE AND INSTALLATION CONDITIONS

No faulty transmission wiring or loosing of a nut?

No faulty power wiring or loosing of a nut?

Has the insulation of the main power circuit deteriorated?

ADDITIONAL REFRIGERANT CHARGE AND CHECK OPERATION

Check whether the tank has a siphon pipe before charging and place the tank so that the refrigerant is charged in liquid form.
