Air Conditioner Test
13-1 Before test run
Make sure the following works are completed in accordance with the installation manual.
Check that all work for the indoor unit are finished and there are no danger to operate.
13-2 Test Run
Make sure the indoor and outdoor units are operating normally.
Operate each indoor unit one by one and make sure the corresponding outdoor unit is also operating.
Check to see if cold (or hot) air is coming out from the indoor unit.
Push the fan direction and strength buttons on the remote controller to see if they operate properly.
NOTE
Air Conditioner Inspection
• At delivery, the package should be checked and any damage should be reported immediately to the carrier claims agent.
• When handling the unit, take into account the following:
1. Fragile, handle the unit with care. Keep the unit upright in order to avoid compressor damage.
2. Decide on the transportation route.
3. If a forklift is to be used, pass the forklift arms through the large openings on the bottom of the unit. (Refer to figure 4)
4. If hanging the unit, use a cloth sling to prevent damaging the unit.
Keeping the following points in mind, hang the unit following the procedure shown in figure 5.
• Use a sling sufficiently strong to hold the mass of the unit.
• Use 2 belts of at least 27 ft long.

CHECKING OF DEVICE AND INSTALLATION CONDITIONS
Check for faulty transmission wiring or loose nut
Check for faulty power wiring or loose nut
Measure the insulation and check the insulation is above regular value in accordance with relevant local and national regulations
Check if piping size is correct
Check if insulation work is done
Check for faulty refrigerant piping

Check whether the tank has a siphon pipe before charging and place the tank so that the refrigerant is charged in liquid form
