Preparation
Disconnect electrical power from tumble dryer
Close gas shut-off valve to tumble dryer

Verify that the supply inlet pressure is equipped with a pressure regulator

Attach manometer to the correct location based on gas valve type

Remove the burner orifice(s) from the spud holder
1 Monthly Fire Suppression System Check
Pre-Test Preparations
Inform the fire department about the upcoming test if the auxiliary output is used to notify them.
Disconnect the auxiliary output if it is used to activate a building sprinkler system.
Auxiliary Alarm System Check
Verify the connection to the auxiliary output through the H-4 header connection inside the fire suppression control box.
Check the relay rating and ensure it is within 5 Amp, 250VAC max.
Post-Test Actions
Reconnect the auxiliary output if it was disconnected prior to the test.
Inform the fire department that the test is complete if they were notified before the test.
G30 or G31 Supply Pressure Adjustment
Preparation
Ensure the appropriate country/gas category label is affixed over the main serial plate designations if required.
Pressure Verification and Adjustment
Measure the current gas supply pressure.
Is the gas supply pressure within the acceptable range?
Adjust the gas supply pressure if necessary.
Finalization
Refer to Figure 12 for guidance during the adjustment process.

Ensure the dryer is used for drying water washed fabrics only.
Confirm no articles containing foam rubber, plastic, or rubber-like materials are in the dryer.
Ensure no articles soiled with cooking oil are in the dryer.
Ensure no articles soiled with flammable liquids or cleaning solvents are in the dryer.
Lint Compartment Cleaning
Remove debris from the lint screen filter.
Clean inside of the lint filter compartment.
Ensure the lint filter is cleaned daily.
