Take out the gasbag before cleaning.

Select the cleaning method for the cuff

Use a new cloth or paper towel with tap-water to wipe residual detergent until no obvious dirt remains.

Use a dry soft cloth to wipe the residual water.

Place the cuff in a ventilated and shady environment for air drying.

Roll up the gasbag lengthwise and place it into the cuff from the big opening side.

Thread the leather hose of the airbag from the small hole on the cuff, from inside to outside.

Turn off the power and unplug the power cord

Use a soft cloth with proper detergent to wipe the external surface

Use a new cloth or paper towel with tap water to remove residual detergent

Place the device in a ventilated and shady environment for air drying

Ensure the device is switched off and disconnected before cleaning

Charge the battery if it has been stored for 3 months without use.

Charge the battery if the device has not been used for over 3 months and the battery was not removed.

Check battery performance every 2 years.

Check battery performance during device maintenance.

Check battery performance if the battery is suspected to be the fault source.

Battery Handling During Transport and Storage

Remove the battery before transporting the device.

Cleaning the Probe and Lead Cable

Use a soft cloth with detergent to wipe the probe and lead cable surface until there is no obvious dirt.

Use a cotton swab with detergent to wipe the contact position between the probe and the patient until there is no obvious dirt.

Use a new cloth or paper towel with tap water to wipe away residual detergent until there is no obvious dirt.

Use a dry soft cloth to wipe away residual water.

Place the probe in a ventilated and shady environment for air drying.
