Get tools and jack necessary for replacing tires

Park the truck on a level, hard surface and shut down the engine

Apply the parking brake and block the wheel opposite the one you are going to repair

Ensure tires are inflated with them attached to the truck or by putting in a safety cage

Remove the valve core to release the air pressure from the tire completely before removing a tire from the rim

Place a jack under the truck frame and jack up the truck to an extent that the tire still remains on the ground

Check for bending, damage or wear

Check king pin for looseness or damage

Check for bending, damage or wear

Check master cylinder, piston cup, and check valve for wear or damage

Replace any worn or damaged parts

Brake Drum and Brake Shoe Inspection

Check return spring for deterioration

Check automatic clearance adjuster for operation

Turn the starter switch to the 'ON' position

Ensure the electromagnetic fuel pump operates to send fuel to the nozzle holder and fuel piping

Verify that any bubbles in the fuel are automatically bled into the fuel tank

Start the engine and check for fuel leaks in the fuel system

TD27-II, QD32 Engine Air Bleeding

Loosen the air bleeding plug of the fuel filter (sedimenter)

Pump the priming pump until the fuel coming from the plug hole is free from bubbles

Reinstall the air bleeding plug securely

Change inline filter for torque converter type transmission

Check mast support cap bolts for looseness

Check for looseness of lift cylinder tail bolts and piston
