Get tools and jack necessary for replacing tires

Park the truck on a level, hard surface and shut down the engine

Apply the parking brake and block the wheel opposite the one you are going to repair

Put a jack under the truck frame

Remove the valve core to release the air pressure from the tire completely

Remove air from the tire before loosening or removing components

Jack up the truck to an extent that the tire still remains on the ground

Check air cleaner element for contamination and clean if needed

Retighten cylinder head bolts (first time only)

Change engine oil (at initial 50 hrs)

Change engine oil filter (first time only)

Check fuel filter for clogging (Gas powered)

Check the hydraulic oil level in the tank

Is the hydraulic oil contaminated?

Change the hydraulic oil if contaminated

Check for loose linkage of the control valve lever

Check the function of the control valve lever

Check for oil leaks in the control valve

Check brake pedal height and returning

Check brake pedal for braking or uneven braking

Check parking brake lever for proper operation and allowance

Check parking brake lever for braking effect

Check rod and cable for proper operation

Check forks for cracks or wear in roots and teeth welded area

Check mast cross members for cracked weld or damage

Check tilt cylinder bracket and mast for cracks or damage in welded areas

Check outer and inner masts for cracked weld or damage

Check carriage for cracked weld or damage

Check roller bearing for looseness

Check mast support bushing for wear or damage
